The 2010 Banquet is now sold out!

Mash-out banquet tickets are will-call and in the name of the person who bought the tickets.

This year, the Mash-Out Banquet will be held at Summit Brewery's Ratskeller, 910 Montreal Circle, St. Paul (map) on January 30^th at 7:00PM.

This year's dinner will be English and Scottish themed and catered by Manny Krug. Ticket are $30 and include a commemorative glass. Summit beers will be served during the event. The menu includes:

Side dishes:

Green salad
Marinated and pickled vegetables
Cock-a-Leekie Soup
Vegetable and Starch - TBD

Entrees:

Lamb Stew With a Stout
Chicken Wellington in a Phyllo dough Crust
Braised Brisket with Horseradish Sauce

Desserts:

Londonary Cheesecake, with Ale
Trifle
Something Chocolate.

Breads:

Soda bread
Quick-Bread
Scone-type Biscuits

A raffle will be held during the evening - tickets can be purchased at either the Banquet or Awards Ceremony - for tons of beer-related swag. You must be present to win. All raffle proceeds will go to TBD.
